Early Booking Offers
We encourage early booking so that you can get the holiday of your choice and we can ensure that we do not have to make changes to holiday arrangements later on. Therefore, we have a range of booking incentives that are featured on applicable property descriptions, at the time of booking or on the “SAVINGS” homepage.
Our savings are not necessarily available on all holidays, to all resorts or accommodation nor all departure dates or flights.
The ‘Save up to £60 per couple’ offer cannot be combined with free kids places or elite hotels and is not necessarily available on all holidays, to all resorts or accommodation nor all departure dates or flights.
Reductions
If you have more than 2 adults travelling together, we’ve got lots of hotels with reductions for a 3rd and sometimes 4th adult sharing the same room. This will be displayed at the time of booking.
Groups
If you are part of a group as small as 5 adults you might be the one to travel FREE. Free group places are available at a variety of Monarch hotels and apartments. See the table below and call us on 0871 423 8568.

Group conditions
1. Free Places apply to the basic holiday price.
2. All group offers are subject to availability and the number of group offers per departure may be limited or withdrawn without notice.
3. Flight supplements, room and board supplements, are charged in full for all members of the group (including free places).
4. Offers for holidays exceeding 14 nights are on request.
5. Required group number excludes free or reduced price child places.
6. Only one free child place (where available) is allowed per group.
7. Free places apply only to full fare paying customers travelling on the same departure date to the same accommodation with the same holiday duration. Customers can fly from different departure airports as long as same date, duration and accommodation.
8. Early Booking offers, adult discounts, free nights and free week offers are not available in conjunction with free group places. Your group will however be offered the best reduction possible at the time of confirming your holiday, either the advertised group reduction or other saving, whichever is higher.
9. All other special offers including no single room supplements are limited and subject to availability.
10. Free places are calculated on the number of passengers who actually travel.
11. The applicable deposit is payable for all customers. The brochure price ordinarily payable by the group member travelling free, will be deducted from your holiday balance.
12. Options held for 7 days only and restrictions apply.
13. Group offers are not available on scheduled flights (except with Monarch Scheduled)
14. There are no group offers on holidays which include Good Friday, Easter Saturday or Sunday. Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.
15. Free places for groups over 25 are subject to availability.
16. Names should be supplied no later than 9 weeks before departure or by agreement with the Monarch Groups department. Subsequent name changes incur an amendment fee (see clause 13 of our Booking Conditions)
17. Group offers do not apply to Elite, cruises or touring holidays. Also it does not apply to Flexi-Stay Holidays (except when flying with Monarch Scheduled).
Honeymoon Offers
To qualify for the honeymoon offers, clients should travel with a copy of their wedding certificate (no older than 9 months old) which may be required by the hotel/airline to receive any relevant special offer. To qualify for the bride discounts, a copy of the wedding certificate will be required by your travel agent after the wedding. On receipt of this the discount will be applied and money refunded. All honeymoon offers are subject to availability and may only be applicable on certain dates NB: some destinations are not sympathetic or welcoming to same-sex couples (notably Gambia & Kenya). Whilst we cannot refuse your booking, some hotels may reserve the right to do so, and we can only advise you accordingly and do our best to find a suitable alternative, but we accept no liability for any additional costs incurred. If you choose to travel, then you are advised to respect the Laws & traditions of the host country.
