travel news - Tourists Interested In Turkey
Tourists interested in Turkey
February 14 2008
British holidaymakers are becoming increasingly interested in property in areas like Turkey and Bulgaria.
According to BuyAssociation, there is the potential to make a capital gain in a short space of time by investing in overseas property.
Property editor Paul Collins added that homes in Cape Verde and Dubai were also receiving interest from first-time buyers.
The comment comes after a study from UK National Savings & Investments found that 84 per cent of 18 to 30-year-olds find buying property abroad a more feasible option than buying in the UK.
Balkan Holdings recently reported that Bulgaria is "a lot less expensive" than other European countries for holidaymaking whileShelterOffshore.com reported that there is a high estimation of tourists for Turkey in 2008.
